While our Web Hosting and WordPress Hosting plans offer unlimited bandwidth, disk space, and websites, there are specific limits for Linux and Windows hosting plans to ensure fair resource usage.

If resource limits are exceeded, additional resources may be provided for a fee. In extreme cases, your website's stability, performance, or uptime may necessitate an upgrade to a VPS or Dedicated Server, or we may take action to restrict resource usage.

Website Content

The web hosting space is not to be used as a file storage method, and content must not include illegal, pirated, pornographic, or prohibited material.

We reserve the right to suspend service or remove files that violate these rules.

Standard Email Services

Shared and reseller hosting, along with email-only hosting plans, come with standard email services. Limits on sent emails, mailbox sizes (2GB), and email retention periods are in place.

Mass Mailing

Mass mailing is prohibited on Pulse Digital Web Hosting shared hosting servers. Offenders may face fines and service suspension if their actions affect mail servers or IP reputation.

Databases

Customers exceeding database limits resulting in high server resource utilisation may have their database suspended. Customers are responsible for monitoring and maintaining database usage within specified limits.

Data Responsibility

While we take every reasonable precaution to frequently back up data on our Website, it is essential to note that the responsibility for ensuring the safe storage and backup of your data primarily lies with you, the website owner.

Data Backup Precautions

We implement industry-standard measures to safeguard your data and ensure regular backups are performed to prevent data loss. However, unforeseen circumstances, technical glitches, or other factors beyond our control may impact the effectiveness of these measures.

Abuse on social media may lead to account termination. Offensive comments or behaviour may be reported to relevant authorities.

Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to determine breaches of this AUP and take appropriate action. Failure to comply may result in legal proceedings, additional legal action, or disclosure to law enforcement.
Monthly invoices must be paid within 30 days of recipt otherwise services may be restricted.

Complaints Procedure

Complaints should be emailed to sales@pulsedigitalmarketing.co.uk with detailed information. We will review and address complaints professionally.

Late / Missed Payments

Invoices for web and email hosting should be paid by the due date on the invoice, Pulse Digital Enterpises will give tollerance for late payments but can and will suspend hosting if multiple communications are ignored.

Changes to Our Acceptable Use Policy

This AUP may be revised at any time, and it is your responsibility to stay informed about any changes. Revisions are legally binding and form part of your contract with us. Some provisions may be superseded by notices elsewhere on our site.
